In 1952, a young boy started a diesel supply business, which eventually grew into 'Gulzar Ahmed & Company,' led by Mr. Gulzar Ahmed. By 1980, they established their first Caltex Petrol Station in Karachi. Over the years, they expanded, managing 13 franchises of PSO and Caltex. In 1994, Mr. Aseem Gulzar became the sole distributor for NPR in the Automobile Industry. In 2005, IBRAYA Group entered the Real Estate Sector, delivering over a million square feet of constructed area by 2018. They also launched Daddy Printers in 2012, Pastels Events in 2016, and the Haya Foundation in 2018 for CSR. In 2023, they unveiled their grand project, Autograph, a luxurious high-rise apartment complex in Lahore.
